Christmas can be a confusing time — emotionally with all the family stuff flying around, physically with diet changes and getting out of our exercise routines, and spiritually when our faith issues collide with our culture issues.

This shouldn’t surprise us because Jesus’ birth is one paradox after another. These are less confusing and more glorious and remind us of the power of the incarnation and the wonder of God’s grace.
