Only One!
The early followers of Jesus proclaimed this boldly (Acts 4:31), yet with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15), in the face of persecution and the loss of their lives (Acts 8:1-4). Why? Because without Jesus, there is not a cure to our deepest wound and religion rests only on our own power to be good, not upon grace.

I agree with you that sharing Christ with others should be our No. 1 goal. However my comment is to encourage those with limitations handed them because of disability (like me). Messages about witnessing can be discouraging for those that don\’t get out much.
We can try to live showing God\’s love in our actions. However, this isn\’t the ONLY thing we can do.
We can also spend some of our time praying for others. Sometimes this might be all we can do, but it is MUCH in God\’s eyes. He needs our prayers to join in the work that others are doing.

Great point Sharon, and this is in fact why Paul encouraged folks to do for him:
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should. (Ephesians 6:18-20)
Thank you for your comments. There is great power in praying for God’s Kingdom and God’s servants who proclaim His message!
