Nuff Said, Just See

with 6 comments

Sometimes a picture — or a cardboard testimony — is worth more than 1000 words. We so often limit our talk about the resurrection of Jesus and what it means to us to Easter time. But, each Sunday proclaims that the Lord is risen and His power is available to transform us if we will just walk with Him. Why? Because He loves us!

  2. Powerful testimony! We all our sinners and need to confess that we are not the perfect people we pretend to be at “church.” Being real with each other and how God has saved us through His mercy and grace has to be told.

Are we brave enough to reveal our sins and addictions to each other and have the power of our voices through His spirit to say “We are forgiven and our life and future are totally yours Lord.”

Hope our church family will be able to do this someday.

  3. What an amazing display of courage and conviction, complete submission to God’s will for us…
This testimony is His truth. The enactment of faith by these brave souls is a visual depiction of the 40 some odd year discussion I’ve had with Jesus, trying to excuse myself for not becoming a part of a church community…
When I finally walked as I was led by Lord and saviour, through the doors of our modest little community church, I found a family of true believers and any one of them, our Pastor included, could be standing up on that stage with their testimony in hand…

It’s not about who we have been, or what we appear to be to others. It’s all about who we are in him now and what we can do to help others…

  4. Powerful! Touch my heart deeply. We all are sinners, and not what we would pretend to be.
We are afraid to be real. We need to be real.
I have to let God, his love and grace, and what God has done, is doing, and will continue to do
be told. I need the courage to tell this. Pray I will be able to do this sooner than later. (pray our churches will also) It is who I am now that matters……
